Corporate partners will be mentoring candidates but they will also be supporting VEF in a practical way by providing apprenticeships for candidates and potentially even jobs when their training is complete. The advice from corporate partners will be invaluable as they will offer an insight and specific guidance for candidates chosen paths. We would ask that our corporate partners be involved in our selection process; meeting candidates and interviewing them to ensure that the most suitable candidates are selected for our scheme and to ensure that candidates fully understand what lies ahead. The training can be lengthy and involves a serious commitment from candidates, corporate partners can help candidates to envisage their futures.
Alongside our candidates' vocational courses The Vocational Enterprise Foundation would like to offer them apprenticeships and opportunities to develop fundamental skills and experience in their chosen profession. The Vocational Enterprise Foundation is looking for prospective corporate partners to join our network and to offer our candidates the necessary training that will be required of them.
